The Sunday Post #60 (2.22.15)

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about
what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. I’m also going to link this up with Sheila’s
It’s Monday post over at Book Journey

Oh winter, you certainly are digging your heals in! We got another 6 inches last night, and while it’s supposed to warm up today – close to 40 degrees, it’s only going to drop again tonight to frigid temps this week. I am definitely counting the days until the spring!

Have a great week everyone!!!

I'm curious about Searching for Grace Kelly. I know nothing about it but the title grabs me! Look forward to your reviews on Ashes to Ashes and Girl on the Train. We don't have snow just mass quantities of ice which I'm not enjoying. I definitely can't wait for spring! Have a great week and stay warm!

I'll be starting Searching for Grace Kelly this week, so I'll let you know how it is…I've heard it's really good. I really liked Ashes to Ashes (review just posted today!). It's the 1st in Tami Hoag's Kovac/Liska series – an oldie, but she's resurrected the series recently. I'm glad we just have the snow – ice terrifies me!

Looking forward to your thoughts on Girl on the Train and First Frost. Winter needs to leave. We have a high of 17 today. It is almost 11 am and only 13 degrees with a real feel of -10. BRRRR. I plan to sit by the fire this afternoon and read.

Yes – this winter has been brutal. Way too many days of below freezing temps! Spring needs to get here ASAP!!!

So only can burrow in and read in such weather. Looks like you have been doing quite a bit. I really enjoyed The Girls of Mischief Bay. Love those kind of books.

I wish I didn't have to work so that I could just hibernate and read all day buried under a blanket!!! Yes, The Girls of Mischief Bay was good – can't wait to see what direction the series takes.

It sure does seem to be holding on with all it's might! There are so many good books out there – would love to just stay indoors, under a blanket and read until spring gets here!

Thanks! I just hope I find the time to get to them all…my eyes always seem bigger than what I actually have the time to get done!

There hasn't been a snowflake this winter that ever lasted more than a few hours, here ! No snowmen, we're all crying 😉 Well, stay warm and enjoy your books 😉

Interesting assortment of books. I, too, am longing for Spring. We haven't had any snow but this morning the temperature was -15 and -29 with the windchill. You can see my week here. Happy reading!

I'm looking forward to your Susan Mallery review. I'm so behind on Fools Gold so I think I'll start her new series soon (and try to stay current with it). Have a great week!
