The Sunday Post #35 (8.10.14)

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about
what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

I’ve
decided to try a new weekly meme – a place where I can do both a weekly
wrap up and share what books I get all in one post, so I’m going to
give The Sunday Post a try, and also link up with Sheila’s It’s Monday Post over at Book Journey

Well – I’m posting this a day late because I was away this weekend celebrating my youngest niece’s baptism. It was a quick trip to my sister’s but I love when my family gets together. Being the oldest of seven siblings, it’s hard for all of us to get together, and while we were missing two of my brothers, it was still a great time. Of course, all that family time meant no reading, but that’s a trade-off I was more than willing to make!

Have a great week everyone!!!

I have The Good Girl, recently downloaded; can't wait to read it. One of my all-time favorites this year so far: Big Little Lies.

Enjoy your week, and here's MY WEEKLY SUNDAY/MONDAY UPDATES POST

The Good Girl and After I'm Gone are on my radar. You do have an eclectic and good line-up of books for this week, so have fun with them.

Wow! 7 is impressive. My dad is one of 6 so family gatherings are always massive but always fun. The Poppy Factory sounds great! I loved The Forgotten Seamstress and am wanting to read this one as well.
