The Sunday Post #10 (2.9.14)

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about
what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

I’ve
decided to try a new weekly meme – a place where I can do both a weekly
wrap up and share what books I get all in one post, so I’m going to
give The Sunday Post a try, and also link up with Sheila’s It’s Monday Post over at Book Journey.

I’m so excited that the Olympics have started…I love watching them, especially the figure skating! I’m super excited that with Sochi being 9 hours ahead of us hear in NY and me working from home, I can watch all the skating events live!!! Of course, it’s a little hard to do much too much while watching the figure skating, so while watching yesterday, I got my steps in – thanks to the Leslie Sansone Walking DVD’s I’ve been doing due to the weather, I pretty much have the routines memorized!!!  What’s your favorite Olympic event to watch?

I'm glad you're getting to watch your favorite events live. I go through cycles with the Olympics. This year I really could care less unfortunately. 🙁 I hope you enjoy them though! Happy reading!

It just happens to work out that way – but I'm super psyched!!! And honestly, the skating is really the only event I really watch.

I rarely watch the olympics but I have been watching some of the skiing and snowboarding events this year.

Yes – I do love the ice skating. Sometimes I watch the skiing – not always, though.

I really enjoyed The Wife, The Maid, & The Mistress – review should be up today or tomorrow!

I haven't been able to get into the Olympics much this year, but I'm more of a summer Oly fan. World Cup though – I can't wait! Have fun reading this week 🙂

I like more of the events in the Summer Olympics – really just watch the figure skating in the winter games. My husband is a HUGE soccer fan and I enjoy it, too, so we do watch all those games, too!!!

The Last Letter From Your Lover is actually a re-release with a new cover. She does have a new one coming out…just not sure when. It's called The One Plus One.

I love the ski jump – always used to watch it as a kid with my granddad and maybe because I'm neither sporty nor very brave 🙂 Happy reading.

Great bunch of books you have to read, I hope you are enjoying them. I am not much of a Olympic watcher so I am using it as extra reading time while my shows are in reruns. 🙂

Thanks! Yes – it's been nice having the shows in reruns – it does lead to more reading time!!!
