***Short & Sweet Reviews are
short, quick reviews. These will mainly be used for series books where I
have already done full reviews on some of the earlier books or for
books that I feel will suffice with a quick review. These will not be
used for review requests or blog tours.

My thoughts: I had picked this up on a whim while at the bookstore a few years ago and then it sat on my bookshelf until now. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to read it, it was just that I had so many books and too little time. But I’m glad I finally made the time to read it – it was good!

I liked the premise of this book – it’s a good thriller that kept me invested in the story and ends up going in a direction I definitely did not see coming. And all the characters are a bit messed up and there’s nothing I love more than that. This for sure will keep me coming back because there’s nothing more that I love than figuring out what’s going on with these characters.
