Month in Review: February 2019

We made it to the end of another month…and it was another good month for reading! The trend is still continuing with great books being published this year, though I did manage to read my own books this month as well…I got 3 books in – so yay for me 🙂  I am really enjoying the challenges I have decided to participate in this year – #theunreadshelfproject2019 is not only helping me get to all those books I own, but it also makes me think twice about the books I purchase and the #thrillerthursday challenge is just fun! Are you participating in any this year?

I keep *trying* to get to books on my own shelves, but the world is conspiring against me! Fortunately I'm not bringing any more books in (unless you count the one my mom brought over yesterday and said that she'd give it to my aunt after I finished it, so I dutifully added it to my lineup!), so it's at least not growing. I'll get there, I swear! I have three Little Free Libraries within walking distance of my house, so reading and giving away books is something I do a lot more in the summer, because I'm NOT walking when it's this cold out!

You had a really great month! Onward to March! 🙂

Wow! I am so impressed with the amount of reading you do, Kristin! My own pace has slowed to a chapter a night, although I do read a lot of articles, blogs posts, etc., throughout the day. Have a terrific weekend!

You motored through some great books in Feb. I have the Beantown Girls waiting for me at the library to pick up, it won't be on audio as you read it, but hope its still good! I just need to wait awhile because I just finished Kelly Rimmer's The Things We Cannot Say which was powerful but tear producing! Dual time line. Finished the Moon Sister on audio too, we sure are nearly getting to the end of the series!

Looks like you were very productive this month. I give away all the books I finish reading, so it's a good motivation to keep clearing my shelf. I don't keep track of them, though.

We usually read a lot of the same books, but this month none. You had a great February. My reading has slowed way down. I did just start Never Tell.
