My thoughts: Sometimes you just pick up a book at the right time and this was that book for me. I had been reading another book that needed total focus and concentration and I just wasn’t in the right head-space for it, and so I put that one down and picked this one up…and it was the perfect book for me at that time.
I’m not really one for self-help books, but I found that this book reads like a fun, whimsical novel this is chock-full of little tidbits of practical advice for living your best, happy life. It all centers around the idea that negativity in our life is not productive and we follow Camille on a journey as she discovers how to undo this in her life and become a happier person. And what a journey it was! The book is full of inspiration and motivation and it is certainly one I plan on keeping on my shelf to remind me of this when I feel discouraged and down by life.
I definitely needed this book when I picked it up…isn’t is funny how a book can find us like that? This book was a light, charming book yet it resonated with me on so many levels and is definitely a keeper!
