#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in June 24

#FitReaders is hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog  and That’s What I’m Talking About

So I really pushed myself to get in the steps this week and I took 1 really long walk and got in another 10K…all in preparation for a big walk I’ll be doing in early 2017. While I haven’t officially started training for the walk – that will start in the fall – I will be doing more of these long walks on a regular basis.

The strength training has also been hit and miss lately – I have so many pins on pinterest for both yoga and regular strength training, but I just can’t seem to put myself on a regular schedule. I really need to make this a priority and set up a schedule that will work for me.

Wow! Your grand total of steps is excellent, Kristin! Mine varies–and I don't always bring my phone with me (my step tracker). Have a good week ahead!

Great week – what kind of big walk will you be doing in 2017?
