The Sunday Post #75 (6.7.15)

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase
books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up
on our blog for the week ahead. I’m also going to link this up with
Sheila’s
It’s Monday post over at Book Journey.

I got to spend the day on Friday watching my adorable niece, who was the flower girl in her aunt’s wedding (my sister-in-law’s sister). Before the wedding, her and I hung, reading books – I just love that she loves books as much as I do – and then after the wedding, she had a sleep-over with me at the hotel. She’s almost two and has already mastered the art of prolonging her bedtime…”No, Aunt Krissy – one more book. And, now I read to you”…How could I say no to that?

Have a great week everyone!!!

Aaw. It sounds like you have a budding read there. Maybe she'll be a writer some day. And I agree, how can you resist her request:)

What a great time with your niece! That's a fun age and that bedtime stalling is killer. There's no way I'd be able to resist that either!

Glad you got to spend time with your niece sharing your love of books.

I want to read The Guest Cottage and I'm on the waiting list for it at my library. The Sound of Glass also looks good. The Cake Therapist sounds really good too though reading it will probably make me crave cake!

A time sharing books is so precious. Way to twist her aunt around her finger!
Lots of great reads, I really like Dorothea Benton Frank but have many of her books yet to read, which I guess is a good thing.
