#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in May 1

#FitReaders is hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog  and That’s What I’m Talking About

I decided to take it easy again this week…my back is still bothering me a bit. Moving around seems to help a little – I guess keeping everything loose and limber. I’ve found, though, that if I sit at my desk too long, it starts bothering me, so it’s making me take frequent breaks, which isn’t such a bad thing!

Here’s how my week went:

Apr 25:  11,002 steps
Apr 26  8,088 steps
Apr 27:  11,954 steps
Apr 28:  11,350 steps

Apr 29:  11,742 steps

Apr 30:  8,641 steps

May  1:  9,027 steps

Audiobooks listened to this week – Finished  Break No Bones by Kathy Reichs, narrated by Barbara Rosenblat.

How did your week go? You can find this week’s link-up here.

You're doing great with the steps. I hope your back starts feeling better. I know several people right now with bad backs.

Thanks Mary…it's hard because I don't really know what aggravated it this time around – I had fallen last year and hurt it pretty bad, but it's been good for a while, so it's just frustrating now. Oh well, guess I just have to watch it.

Taking a break, but still getting in the steps! I hope your back is getting better. Still… a good week!

Thanks Jen…having 2 dogs means I always have to take some walks, so that helps getting those steps in!

Thanks Kathryn. Yes, this group is great for keeping me accountable and moving, that's for sure! My back is slowly getting better – it's just hard because I'm not really sure what aggravated it this time around, so I don't know what to avoid in the future so as to not be in this position again.

I love that this is your idea of taking it easy! :D. I need to join in FitReaders as I'm loving my Fitbit and the challenges really make me want to do more.
