#FitReaders: Weekly Check-in January 16

#FitReaders is hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog  and That’s What I’m Talking About

Another week that didn’t quite go as planned. I started off pretty good. I was babysitting my 2 month old niece over the weekend, so I did pretty well with my steps as she likes to be held and walked around. Then the first half of the week was fine, and I managed to reach my step goal of 10k steps, but then we’ve had a family matter to deal with and everything has been put to the side including exercising. I’ll probably be a bit MIA over the next few days but will try to pop around and visit everyone soon.

Here’s how my week went:

Jan 10:  lots of walks with niece
Jan 11:  lots of walks with niece
Jan 12:  1 hour indoor walking (watched Downton Abbey)
Jan 13:  45 minute indoor walking

Jan 14:  45 minute indoor walking
Jan 15:  rest day

Jan 16:  rest day

Audiobooks listened to this week: The Headmaster’s Wife by Thomas Christopher Greene, narrated by Stephen Hoye, Kevin T. Collins, Tavia Gilbert & Monday Mourning by Kathy Reichs, narrated by Michele Pawk

Your exercise was good even if you didn't quite do what you hoped. Thinking of you and hope your family matter is sorted well. Take care.

I hope the family matter gets sorted out. I'd say you had a good week, exercise-wise.

I was surprised at how many steps I got taking care of my grandson for a couple of hours. My week went well until I got what he had the day I took care of him.
