Month in Review: October 2014

Hello November!!! Can’t believe there are only two months left in 2014…where is the time going? I think for these next two months, my reading plan is going to be to read my own books. I have a few review books that I need to read, but other than that, I’m going to pick books that have been sitting on my shelf – or at least that’s my plan at the moment! We’ll see how well it works…

Nice to see you have picked out The Silent Sister for your top pick for October, I did enjoy it too.
Like you I have very few review books left to review for this year and have been avoiding NetGalley so that I don't see ones I want to read! I want to read some of my own, although I stand at the book case and go Hmmm No, no… maybe… maybe…. oh I don't know! I think I might shut my eyes soon and just pick a book without looking. All the best with tackling your own shelves.

Completely agree with The Silent Sister, great book! Waiting to start Winter Street next week as part of the Ho-Ho-Ho-athon I'm taking part in. I think I would have the most trouble with reading nonfiction in your reading challenges, I just seem to gravitate to fiction books.
