The Sunday Post #25 (5.25.14)

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about
what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

I’ve
decided to try a new weekly meme – a place where I can do both a weekly
wrap up and share what books I get all in one post, so I’m going to
give The Sunday Post a try, and also link up with Sheila’s It’s Monday Post over at Book Journey.

It’s here, it’s here…BEA is in 3 days and I am so excited – the books, the authors, the bloggers, the experience…ahhh!!! I have my schedule ready and I just need to finish packing and then I’m ready to go!

I don’t have any grand delusions that I’ll be getting a ton of reading done this week, so I’ll left it open…I know I might have time to read while standing in some of the author lines, but I might want to chat to other bloggers/people in line, too. I will have time to read on the train into the city on Wednesday, but with my excitement level as high as it is, who knows how much I’ll actually get done!  I do have some reviews scheduled for the week and will be posting all about my experiences when I get back. For any live updates, follow me on twitter – @alwayswithabook.

Have a great week everyone!!!

Hope maybe we run into each other at BEA. I'm so excited! I'll have my Nook with me in case I get in line at BEA and for some reason have no one to strike a conversation up with. But the last time I was there, that didn't really happen. Great haul!

That would be great Lisa! I have the Kindle app on my phone & have a bunch of unread books on that so I will have plenty to read if I don't have anyone to talk to!

I've got The Collector on hold at the library right now but it will be awhile before it gets to me I think. Hope you enjoy it! Dorothea Benton Franks is one of those authors I've always meant to read. Looking forward to all your reviews next week. They're all books or authors I've thought about giving a try.

Have a fantastic time at BEA. My daughter is close to her due date, so I am staying home. Don't want to miss the birth of my first grandchild.

Have an awesome time at BEA!! Can't wait to see what you think of The Collector on audio, I might listen instead of reading it. Also got the Jodi Picoult short story, maybe this week.
