The Sunday Post #14 (3.9.14)

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about
what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

I’ve
decided to try a new weekly meme – a place where I can do both a weekly
wrap up and share what books I get all in one post, so I’m going to
give The Sunday Post a try, and also link up with Sheila’s It’s Monday Post over at Book Journey.

Next weekend is my 1/2 marathon and I cannot wait!!! Hopefully the weather is cooperative – I don’t mind if it’s cold as long as it’s not raining! Since the race is in Washington DC, my mom (who’s doing the race with me) and I are going the make the most of the trip and spend the rest of the weekend doing some sight-seeing. I haven’t been to DC in years! I know I definitely want to go the Smithsonian of American History to see The First Ladies exhibit – that’s always been my favorite! The rest will depend on how much time we have and how we are feeling.

Have a great week everyone!!!
