Successful Seattle
Realtor Mia Sullivan is nobody’s fool…apart from that one week five
years ago when she gave away her heart to a sexy musician who gave her
nothing in return but a few sinfully perfect days—and nights—in his bed.
Though she swears she never wants to see him again, he’s the one man
she’s never been able to forget.

One of the hottest rock stars in
the world, Ford Victor can have any woman he wants…except Mia Sullivan.
But now he knows millions of strangers singing along with his songs
can’t fill the hole inside of him. Only Mia’s love has the power to do
that—so he vows to do anything and everything it takes to win her heart
again.

From the first moment they see each other again, intense
sparks of attraction fly. Between irresistible kisses, a romantic
Sullivan wedding in Napa Valley, and a deeply sensual connection that
neither of them can deny, can Mia and Ford finally rediscover a love—and
a friendship—strong enough to last forever?

My thoughts: Since first discovering Bella Andre, I’ve been a fan and just love the Sullivan family. I’ve slowly been making my way through their stories and am excited to learn that Bella is now going to be giving us the Seattle Sullivan stories – cousins to the original eight Sullivan siblings we first fell in love with. Now while I have not read all the prior books, I will say that I feel in the case of these books, it’s not necessary to read them in order – something that I rarely say when it comes to reading series.

I loved Mia and Ford’s story…it was hot and steamy all the way through, with a few tender, touching moments thrown in as well. They just seem to have the perfect chemistry even despite their history or maybe because of it. That one week they spent together five years ago really wreaked havoc on both of them – but can they learn to move past it? Can they figure out how to be friends first?

I loved how Ford wanted to court Mia. They set ground rules and while it was torture at times, they held to them for the most part. They both put their hearts on the line, and we come to see what has made them become who they are. Watching them fall in love was fun and getting to see some of the Sullivan’s we’ve already come to love was great – it’s like coming home to visit family. But, we also get to meet more of the Seattle family in this book. Now, again, I haven’t read all the prior books, so I don’t know who’s been introduced so far, but I never once felt lost.

I can’t wait to read more from this author – Bella Andre is one of my favorite finds this year and I plan on devouring all her books soon! And, as I was just on her website trying to get the order straight so I could include it below, I saw that not only will there be 3 more Seattle Sullivan books, but it looks like there will be a Maine Sullivan series and a New York Sullivan series – how excited am I!!!
