It’s Monday….What Are You Reading? (10.14.13)

It’s Monday What Are you Reading , hosted by Sheila, is the perfect way
for me to
begin my week and allows me to
focus on what
needs to be read and to see what I
have or have not
accomplished the previous week.
I also enjoy
discovering new books by
visiting other participants
blogs.

Well, my reading definitely took a hit this week but for a good reason – we got a new puppy!!! Chloe is a chocolate lab and is 12 weeks. She’s a bundle of energy but we love her very much. Even the older dog, Maddie who’s four and also a chocolate lab, seems to like playing with her.

Chloe – 12 weeks old

I want to read more of Wendy Wax's books. I read While We Were Watching Downton Abbey and thought it was pretty good. I also want to read The Life List.

I hope you enjoy spending time with your new puppy! She is very cute. I've always liked Labs.

The puppy is fun – but a lot of work!!! She's a bundle of energy!!!

Yes – she is quite cute!!! Christmas At The Beach was a quick read – it's a novella and sets up the next book due out next summer. My review and a short excerpt will be posted later this week.
