It’s Monday…What Are You Reading? (7.8.13)

It’s Monday What Are you Reading , hosted by Sheila, is the perfect way
for me to
begin my week and allows me to
focus on what
needs to be read and to see what I
have or have not
accomplished the previous week.
I also enjoy
discovering new books by
visiting other participants
blogs.

It’s been a hot week – we had temps in the 90s and since it was almost too hot to be outdoors, I stayed in and read! If only I spent some time getting reviews done…maybe this week. My reading seems to be all over the place, but that’s because I’m trying to be a little more strategic in what I pick to read. I’m working on making progress with some of the many reading challenges I’m doing.

A great reading week during hot weather. We have been cool here, which has been great with all the wedding preparations we have, but I am ready for warmer weather. We are reading quite a few of the same books. Have a great week.

The hot weather certainly helped you with tackling a book or two eh!
I had an unsuccessful week with blogging, and reading to an extent, last week so hopefully this one will be better.

I've read one book by Tess Gerritsen, but I haven't picked up any others since! It's hard to know where to start when an author has so many books.
    Enjoy your books this week!

Thanks for your review of The Orphan Train that enticed me into reading it. Loved it as you know.

I had fun reading Remember Me by Kinsella – good book with a love-me/hate-me character.

We had temps ranging from the 90's to the 100's also – which is hard to take when our weather is usually cooler. ugh. I hear we're in store for more. yeay! 🙂

    Have a great week.
