It’s Monday…What Are You Reading? (7.15.13)

It’s Monday What Are you Reading , hosted by Sheila, is the perfect way
for me to
begin my week and allows me to
focus on what
needs to be read and to see what I
have or have not
accomplished the previous week.
I also enjoy
discovering new books by
visiting other participants
blogs.

We ended up heading up to our cabin this past weekend and it was so relaxing. I was able to get quite a bit of reading time in while hubby busied himself with little projects – he has a hard time sitting still up there! It’s amazing what happens when you take a break from social media…you end up being so much more productive!!!

Thank goodness the Mini-Bloggiesta is this coming weekend…as you can see below, I have a ton of reviews to catch up on, plus a few other blog maintenance tasks to do. Will you be participating?

I have A Hundred Summers for review and need to read it still. I also want to read Robyn Carr's series. I just downloaded The Wanderer from my library. I also want to read the Virgin River series at some point.

Have a great week! I don't think I will be participating in the mini Bloggiesta but if my vacation plans fall through then I might sign up too.

I'm looking forward to seeing what you thought of A Hundred Summers. I won't be participating in Bloggiesta. We fly to Europe soon.

No Bloggiesta for me I'm afraid but hope you get through everything on your to-do list! You're right about social media, I'd get so much extra done if I had a social media ban one weekend a month lol
Have a great week and happy reading 🙂

No bloggiesta for me this weekend. I was going to but I have to do some work project stuff. I am hoping to squeeze in a little bit of work but we will see.

Susanna Kearsley has been one of my favourites. Reconstructing Amelia is on my TBR. Hope to get to it eventually.

Time away from social media does help reading time. I go into withdrawal without my internet though. Come see what I read last week at Inside of a Dog. Happy reading!

Ow curious about your thoughts on the Painted Girls. I really need to find time to read that one. I love Tess Gerritsen too but have not read all her books. Have a great week!

I'm going to start Reconstructing Amelia soon, can't wait to read your review on it. I hope you enjoy The Painted Girls as much as I did!

I have read all the Janet Evanovich books and The Apple Orchard is on my kindle. I have The Shadow Tracer at the top of my wishlist– I really like Meg Gardiner after discovering her last year. Enjoy your week of reading.

Nice to get away for awhile to a cabin and lots of reading! I must read an Elin Hilderbrand book. Must see if our library stocks any of hers.
