Purchased:

Head Over Hills (e-book)

by Jill Shalvis

I’ve been wanting to read Jill Shalvis for a while and saw this on sale via Amazon, so I picked it up…but after getting it, I realized it’s the 3rd book in her Lucky Harbor series, so now I need to go get books 1 and 2!

Mary, Queen of France: The Story of the Youngest Sister of Henry VIII (e-book)

by Jean Plaidy

I
saw this on sale via Amazon and decided to get it…I enjoy all things Tudor. I haven’t read much about Henry VIII’s sister Mary, so I jumped at this one!

What did you get this week?

I think this is the most I've ever participated in in one year – and that's nothing compared to some others!

Nice books. I went on a Jill Shalvis kick a while ago. I still have the Lucky Harbor books on my TBR mountain though. I ran out of time before I ran out of books. Come see what I got at Inside of a Dog and Ms. Martin Teaches Media. Happy reading!

According to the author, Jill Shalvis, you can read Lucky Harbour series starting with the book you want, it doesn't matter if it's 3 or 5 or the first one. Since I read the 4 first books in the series, I recommend you to follow the order because, although they are separate stories, they reveal important things about what happened in other books. Lucky Harbour is one of my favourite series. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I did 🙂

I am very anal about reading series – I have to read them in order for the exact reason you give!!!
