Month in Review: February 2013

Another month has come and gone…and as this is posted, I will be well into the first day of the MS Challenge Walk – a 50 mile walk to support those living with MS. Once the walk is over, I am hoping to resume my regular workout routine – walking everyday (just not crazy distances!) and yoga 2-3 times a week. I’m hopeful that the warm weather will be here…
