Currently reading a great thriller called "The Deadfall Project by Brett James. Lots of action, lots of secrets, lots of stuff going on behind the scenes, so nothing is as it seems; we're (plus our hero, ex-CIA agent called from retirement Grey Stark — love his name) constantly playing cathcup.

Just finished listening to "A River in the Sky," by Elizabeth Peters (Amelia Peabody series). Next up … I think it's going to have to be the latest Mary Higgins Clark, simply because I'm going to have to send it back to the library. Fortunately, that's a quick read. I only remember the title because once I see the book, I'm forever singing the song! "The Shadow of your Smile." Hope I've now infected someone else.

    Happy Wednesday everyone.

I loved The Help too. I think it has to be one of my all time favorite books. I read it last year and had such a wonderful experience with it. Not only was it a great story, but it was told so well. I have it on audio too (haven't listened yet) because I heard that was even better. I'm always on the lookout for a book that will make me feel like that one. Thankfully there have been a few since then.

    Enjoy it.

One of my goals this year is to read Anne of Green Gables again… I'm from NS so I've lived near PEI for 25 years and it always makes me feel like I'm home when I read the series
