100th Post

Wow! I can’t believe this is my 100th post…I started out doing this blog as a way to share the books I read and to see what others are reading. I never realized it would grow as quickly as it did and I have my followers to thank – and to think that as I write my 100th post, I am almost at 100 followers!

I stumbled onto the book blogging world quite by accident and toyed around with putting together a blog of my own – if my own mom can manage to have a blog while being a Peace Corps Volunteer, then surely I can do one about my reading. I started out with a very simple blog and then changed and tweaked it little by little to get to where it is today – not to say that this layout is the final version, but it works for me now.

I am so overwhelmed by the number of followers I have – THANK YOU SO MUCH for reading what I have to say. While I may not respond to every comment left, I do read each and every one. I also love visiting all your blogs and again, while I may not always leave a comment, I do visit often!

I also love all the “perks” that have come with having a book blog…I had no idea that I would be getting books for free – either from entering contests on other blogs or from authors/publicists/publishers contacting me to read a book. What an honor to be asked to review a book and what a great way to find new books/authors to start reading!

So, thank you to everyone who has visited my blog and continues to follow it…I really appreciate the support!!!
